What’s yours
The final work, as agreed, is yours to use within the scope we discuss.
What’s unused — stays with me.

What’s mine
I don’t hand over raw files, unformed thoughts, or anything I can’t stand behind.
If you need more rights or uses — let’s talk.

Behavior clause
I try not to be an ass. You do the same.
Kindness is free. We work better with it.

If it’s pro bono
If I’m gifting the work, I keep the steering wheel.
If you want full control, you’ve gotta fund the ride.

The planet maters
