In the past one and a half year I've been working on a book portraying all top chefs in the Netherlands. I've been from the island of Texel to the most southern tip in Limburg to meet them, photograph them and get a hand written recipe from them. Some of the chefs I interviewed and some of the recipes were translated into a recipe you can actually use in your own kitchen.
